Sport Participation & Health Promotion Lab

Sport Participation and Health Promotion (SPHP) Research Lab prepares students to conduct scholarly inquiry in a broad spectrum of areas emphasizing promotion of sport participation and physical activity. Research and creative activities include both basic and applied work in program planning, program development, and evaluation of program effectiveness. Main aim of this lab is to develop evidence-based, efficient, and effective programs for promoting sport participation and physical activity among various population.
