연구실 소개

스포츠참여증진연구실에서는 다양한 인구집단의 스포츠 참여와 신체활동을 증진시키기 위한 다양한 연구들을 진행하고 있습니다. 특히 스포츠 참여에 영향을 미치는 개인적, 사회적, 환경적 요인들을 밝혀내고, 그러한 요인들이 스포츠 참여에 영향을 미치는 메커니즘까지 규명하는 연구를 주로 진행합니다. 또한 이러한 연구결과들을 바탕으로 스포츠 참여 증진 프로그램을 개발하고 실행함으로써 그 효율성을 평가하는 연구도 진행합니다. 본 연구실의 목표는 “근거에 기반을 둔 실용적인 스포츠 참여 증진 프로그램”을 개발하는 것입니다.
